SHIPPING

We currently ship across India and are working to expand our delivery locations soon. All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation. Please note that any orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

We offer two shipping options: Standard Shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5 to 10 business days, and Express Shipping (available in select areas) which delivers within 2 to 4 business days. Delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as courier delays or weather conditions.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Orders above ₹1499 are eligible for free shipping, subject to ongoing promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor your shipment in real-time.

Please double-check that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

For international shipping in the future, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country will be the responsibility of the recipient.

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact us at support@veerastra.store within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping provider.
